amenities (excluding catering cost) is entitled to a Kiddie-Party.com
Privilege card.
Qualified
clients only need to fill-out the Privilege Card application form in
order to avail of the card.

get an automatic discount in their next purchases from Kiddie-Party.com.

10% Discount on Regular food Carts
- Card holders
get discounts from other establishments that are tied-up or affiliated
with Kiddie-party.com These establishments are:

Gymboree - free trial
Maxibear - discount

Just Born – discount

Card
holders earn points by referring clients. Once a referral books,
card holder earn points that can later be used to purchase items
or even to purchase a party package.

Card
holders receive invitation to kids' activities like movie premieres,
family days, book fairs and special sale of children’s items.
Other partner establishments from time to time give extra discounts
or FREE entrance fees in special kids events.
- Kiddie-Party.com
Privilege Cards are non-transferrable.
- Cardholder
must present his/her Privilege Card when availing of benefits.
- Above benefits
cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or discounts and cannot
be availed of or used in conjunction with other promotional offers,
other privilege cards and/or government promotions.
- Kiddie-Party.com
cannot replace or reimburse the value of your card or its points
if it is expired, lost, stolen or damaged.
- The Card Member
shall fully indemnify and keep indemnified Kiddie-party.com against
all claims, demands, action, proceedings, losses, damages, costs
and expenses of any nature (including legal costs on an indemnity
basis) suffered, incurred or sustained by Kiddie-party.com directly
or indirectly by reason of or in connection with these terms and
conditions, including without limitation:
- any use
or misuse of the Privilege Card; and
- any breach
of these terms and conditions on the part of the Card Member.
- These terms
and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Kiddie-Party.com
and the Card Member and no further or other terms and/or conditions
shall be deemed to be implied or to arise by way of any collateral
or other agreement by reason of any representation made or given
by Kiddie-Party.com.
- Kiddie-Party.com
reserves the right to change the benefits and terms and conditions
governing the use of the Privilege Card from time to time at its
sole discretion. Kiddie-Party.com may provide notification of such
changes at Kiddie-Party.com’s website www.kiddie-party.com
or at Kiddie-Party.com stores or by other means of communication
as Kiddie-Party.com may deem fit and shall be effective as of the
date specified by Kiddie-Party.com in such notification.
- The signature
of the Privilege Card Application form shall constitute acceptance
by the Card Member of the terms and conditions governing the use
of the Privilege Card.
- If any one
or more of these terms and conditions or any part thereof is declared
to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable under any applicable law,
it will not affect the legality, validity or enforceability of the
remainder of these terms and conditions.
- These terms
and conditions are governed by Philippine law and the Card Member
submits irrevocably to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine
Courts
